What should your experience be called?A catchy title should tell travellers about your unique experience, together with the location. Get the traveller interested in your experience.Keep it short, sweet and captivating. Less than 50 characters
In 1 line, tell the traveller how amazing your experience is. This line will be seen together with the cover photo on the home page.Less than 150 characters.
Tell the traveller in depth about how amazing your experience. The traveller wants to know what to expect from the moment they meet you, to the moment you say goodbye after an exciting experience. Split your description into at least three paragraphsSet expectations and be specific.Describe your experience using paragraphs.Keep the paragraphs short and descriptive.This is like selling your experience, where you need to give just about enough information to entice the traveller but DON’T spill all the exciting details……surprises are also good.
Upload your cover photo A high resolution, quality photo can go a long way in convincing a traveller to book your experience. Upload a photo that is related to the experience your are offering. You are allowed a maximum of 5 images. The first image you upload will be your backdrop.Make sure the that it is your photo and not downloaded from somewhere.For best results upload an image that is landscape with a 16x9 aspect ratio.
What language(s) are you able to give the experience in?
How long will your experience be?From the moment you meet the traveller, to the moment you say your final goodbyes.Each experience should be at least two hours or a maximum of 8 hours.The most booked experiences are usually the ones that do not drag on for too long. Aim to make your experiences about 2-3 hours long, unless you are offering a full day immersion. We highly recommend the short experiences, that travellers are more likely to book.
How many travellers can participate in a single expereince?Minumum of 1 and maximum of 10

How much will a traveller pay for your experience?Step 1: Estimate all your expenses incurred in your experience such as transportation, meals, equipment, entrance tickets etc.Step 2: Add your personal host fee.Step 3: Additional charges which consists of Kumba's processing fee and transaction fee also needs to be added. This fee amounts to approximately 5% of your total.Step 4: Fill in below how much you would charge for hosting an experience consisting of the respective number of travellers

What's not included in the price?What should travellers bring or know what is not included in the price to participate in the experience? Also be aware that travellers might have dietary restrictions or physical limitations.

Where is this experience being hosted?It can either be at the place where you are hosting the experience or where you can meet the travellers before you go to the location where the experience is taking place.
